Power Ball

Mocha Protein Balls

Ready in 2 hours 20 minutes
Makes 12 servings (24 balls)

FUEL UP WITH THESE SUPER SNACKS.

  • 2 cups unsalted cashews

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

  • ¾ cup hemp seeds

  • 3 scoops unflavored or chocolate whey protein powder

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • ¼ cup water

1. Place all ingredients, except water, into a food processor, and blend until smooth.

2. Slowly add the water while pulsing to create a dough-like consistency.

3. Place mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours, until less sticky to the touch.

4. Remove dough from the fridge. Roll into 24 1" balls, and place on a wax paper–lined tray. Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
